I took my son here about ten minutes before closing time & as someone who is chronically late I often get rushed and experience for a lack of better words, “shitty customer service”…. HOWEVER..this was NOT the case! We were pleasantly surprised by a very positive experience. The employee seemed to understand that he’s dealing with people ! lol Def. Will be back! P.s.they do a *monthly I think it is* raffle if you win you get a. Whole grow set up including the tent!! My son and I got to enter separately to in which I think is super rad! Oh yea!! We even got complimentary pocket planners! Super cool surprise! Haha :)

Jessie is by far the best when it comes to information for growing great peppers . He helped me out with my recovery from hard drugs to now using gardening as my coping tool to stay away from the use of narcotics. I wana say this spot is truly a good spot for your potting gardening needs🍉🥕🌶🍅🍎🍑🍋‍🟩🥑

Extremely unprofessional business. They billed me but never shipped the products. Didn’t return my e-mails. I reached then on social media and they saw my complain and simply ignore it. Keeping my money with them. What do you call people who keeps other people’s money without their consent? Start with “dis” and ends up with “est”. I had to file a claim with the credit card issuer to get my money back.

Waited a month for some Ona Pro gel. Called 3 times and was assured I would get a call back on the status of my order. No one has called me back. Poor customer service, listing out of stock items and charging for them.

I give it a 3 only because April is the ONLY original person left"and she tries" since this new owner took over. Whoever bought this place let it go to waste. No soil, hardly any nutrients on the shelves. Light selection and supplies little to nothing left. It's sad really. The new owner is clueless and will soon be bankrupt. Let me know when you want to sell everything inside. Update as of 08/20/19 Place still lacks quality service. Still no soil, and I have been as well as other's to see if they're just full of it"or don't like be questioned ". Selection of products are still slim picking and overpriced for much of what is left from previous owner. You guy's did yourself a disservice by firing the staff that was there the way you did. Karma is now nipping at your heels and you still don't have quality stock, and a better supporting staff.
